Two Years Into Planning, East County Code Revision is Questioned

The Summit County Council held a hearing Wednesday on proposed revisions to the East County Code. That's nearly two years after they received recommendations from the East County Planning Commission. But as public comments illustrated, there are different perspectives on whether the Council is moving too fast or two slow. Rick Brough has more.
