Another Side to Consider on Osguthorpe Ranch Easement

Summit County's possible involvement in preserving a conservation easement for the Osguthorpe Ranch, along Old Ranch Road, has stirred public comment in recent months, according to county council member Roger Armstrong.  Rich Brough reports:
