National Weather Service Honors North Summit Resident

North Summit County resident Margaret Bowman has been taking weather readings from her home on Chalk Creek Road for roughly 30 years.  Last week she received a significant award from the Salt Lake office of the National Weather Service.  Rick Brough has more:
