Park City School Board Hears Concerns From PCEA On Changing Start Times

The Park City School District is in the middle of budget discussions. One of the items in the 2018-19 budget is a placeholder to fund later school start times for junior high and high school. A flurry of texts opposing the change circulated before the meeting. Carolyn Murray reports:
