Park City had plans to turn the Brew Pub parking lot on upper Main St. into a plaza to draw more business up the street. But when the city council voted to purchase Treasure Hill as open space, the project was cut. Now, the Historic Park City Alliance is working to make sure the merchants concerns don't slip between the cracks. Melissa Allison has more:
