A Treasure Mountain Junior High School student made a threat of violence toward another student. The Park City Police Department learned of the incident late in the day on Wednesday. Early today (Thursday) a notice was posted to the school district newsroom website and parents were alerted through the automated text messaging system. Carolyn Murray has this:
