Heber Annexation Policy Adoption Rescinded: No Influence Over Massive Development Unless Approved

Heber City is under tremendous growth pressure.  It’s deemed one of the fastest growing areas nationwide.  Annexation policies were adopted several weeks ago at a city council meeting but then rescinded a week later by the council.  The annexation policy would have allowed two large parcels near the Utah Valley University campus to be brought under Heber’s land use code.
