The Snyderville Basin Recreation office is reporting a summer in full swing and is looking to hire for an array of positions.
Any concerns about holding activities this summer feel distant now with camps full and going well this year, Snyderville Basin Recreation director Dana Jones said.
“Our challenge is not finding the kids. We have waitlists for just about everything that we’re doing. It’s finding staff,” Jones said.
Basin Recreation’s website shows multiple pages of jobs available, including for lifeguards and working through the fieldhouse.
There are also openings for career positions, like an administrative manager and open space supervisor.
Jones said her office offers a favorable workplace environment, as well as other perks.
“If anyone’s looking for work, we have great benefits, and we would just love to have you apply. If you want a job that’s fun, as well as a career, then its probably a good place to go,” she said.
