The Mountain Life welcomes Amber Johnson of Connect Summit County and Lisa Cook, co-founder of Rebuilders International and a life coach who will talk about suicide, grief and how NOT dealing with grief can affect mental health. The pair will also give tips for navigating grief over the holiday and talk about an ongoing support group, "Potluck of Love," which provides community grief support on the second Sunday of each month.
