PC MARC is offering Yoga 101, a two-week workshop for ages 12 up on Tuesdays & Thursdays, October 19-28 from 7-8:15. Yoga 101 will prepare students to confidently walk into any yoga class. Basic poses and techniques will be covered. Call (435)615-5401 or register online at parkcityrecreation.org.
