On the program today, Lynn and Tim talk with 12 year old Grace Ping who currently holds multiple world records for her age in both 5K and 2 mile distances. Next they interview Dr. Kelly Brogan who practices integrative Holistic Medicine In New York City and helps her clients deal with multiple neurological issues including depression. The final guest on the program is Ann Rauscher, instructor and physical therapist to explain Gyrotonic Pilates.
