Executive's Letter Stays Sealed

In the ongoing legal war between ski areas, Talisker Land Holdings has won a skirmish.
Third District Court Judge Ryan Harris turned down a request from the Park City Mountain Resort, and ruled that a letter from Talisker executive Jack Bistricer, currently sealed in the court record, should not be disclosed.
The judge said the letter was part of confidential settlement discussions between the two sides. Rick Brough has more.
