In the next couple of weeks, Third District Judge Ryan Harris is considering a large quantity of claims, allegations and legal arguments from both sides in the Park City Mountain Resort ski hill lawsuit.
In the past two weeks, the Judge heard oral arguments on three major disputes. Last week, the Mountain Resort - which had said it still has a valid lease of over 3,000 acres of its ski hill - said its lease was violated because the landlord, Talisker Land Holdings, in effect, sold the property to Vail Resorts.
