The CEO of Vail Resorts, Rob Katz, has sent a letter to his counterpart, John Cumming, the head of Powdr Corp, saying that if - or when - Powdr loses the lease for more than 3,000 acres of its ski mountain, it's not realistic to insist that Park City Mountain Resort will continue to operate the ski area.
