Jasper Announces His Retirement At The End Of The Year

Summit County Manager Bob Jasper announced Wednesday that he will retire by the end of 2014. Jasper blazed the trail as the county's first executive, in the new Council-Manager form of government. He's retiring after 4 1/2 years at Summit County and 38 years total in public service. Rick Brough has more.
