Judge Signs for PCMR Eviction, Grants Two Month Stay

With a crowded courtroom watching the latest chapter in the Park City Ski Resort fight, Third District Judge Ryan Harris Thursday morning authorized an eviction of the Park City Mountain Resort from their ski hill.  But at the same time, he issued a stay of his order, until another hearing set for August 27th.  He also ordered that the Mountain Resort, and the landlord of the ski mountain, Talisker Land Holdings, enter into a formal mediation.  Under the non-binding process, the two sides will see if they can reach an agreement by August 15th.  KPCW's Rick Brough has more.
