Thumbs Down on Alice Claim subdivision

Following a firestorm of detailed public comments that blasted the proposed Alice Claim subdivision at the intersection of King Road, Sampson Avenue and Ridge Ave, and examination by the PC Planning commission at its recent meeting, the commission said it would have to be a vastly different proposal to consider being approved.  Lynn Ware Peek has more.
