Film Studios Lawsuit Gets Specific - Accuses Developer of Fraud

Local developer Gary Crandall is asking Third District Court to let him amend his lawsuit against the Park City Film Studios and has submitted a more detailed complaint against Greg Ericksen, the developer of the project. Crandall alleges that he advanced more than $12 million to the film studios based on agreements and Ericksen's promises that Crandall would be a partner in the development. Instead, the revised lawsuit says Ericksen is now fraudulently claiming that Crandall is only a lender. Rick Brough has more.
