Summit County Council Says Farewell to Ure

Members of the Summit County Council Wednesday said farewell to their colleague David Ure, paid tribute to him - and sometimes, got a bit teary-eyed. After seven years, serving as one of the first members of the council, Ure is leaving to head up the State Institutional Trust Lands Administration. Rick Brough has more.
