Shooting Victim is No Name Saloon Bartender

The victim of an early morning shooting near Park Avenue has been identified as Jose Fernandez, a longtime employee of the No Name Saloon.   KPCW's Rick Brough talked to the bar's owner, Jesse Shetler.
