Summit County Council Chairman Chris Robinson says that two agreements approved Wednesday by the Council are advancing the county's goals, while contributing $4.25 million to the purchase of Bonanza Flat. He also explained why one agreement with Park City now leaves the Triangle Parcel, along the Highway 40 frontage road, as open space. Rick Brough has more.
