Cab Companies Fight Against "Downtowner" App

The Park City Council will continue to study a proposed contract with "Downtowner," an app-based, on-demand neighborhood transit service. The Council put off a decision last week, after the proposal drew fire from private cab companies and transit services. Rick Brough has more.
