Council Meeting on Roadway Density Draws Crowd

The Summit County Council attracted over 30 people Wednesday for a special hearing on Chapter 3 of the East County Code. The Council Chairman Chris Robinson set out what they want to propose as code changes -- in particular getting rid of a zone that encourages density along roadways. In response, citizens talked about how the changes will affect them, and discussed their visions for the East Side and planning policies. Rick Brough has more.
