Council Attorneys Comment On New Maintenance Building

As we've reported, the Summit County Council this week ruled against an appeal from the Canyons Resort for their proposed ski maintenance - after several hours of dicussion about planning code, zoning maps, and legal nuances.
The meeting also had some sharp comments from attorneys and planners on both sides.
