City Won't Tolerate Split Outcome

City officials say they are more optimistic about a positive outcome in  the legal dispute between Park City Mountain Resort and its landlord Talisker than they've been in months. On the other hand, they're prepared to go to court to ensure the resort stays intact, with its base within Park City's limits, if necessary. Leslie Thatcher has more.
