Agreeing to the request from Wells Fargo Bank Tuesday, Third District Court Judge Todd Shaughnessy appointed a receiver to take over ten Talisker affiliated companies for defaulting on a loan.The attorney for Wells Fargo said that the companies are not contesting the action.
