Heber City Council Addresses Form Base Code

A new way to zone the entire city of Heber will come up before City Council Thursday night.  It’s an issue the city planners and staff have discussed for more than a year.  300 people came to a public hearing about it last month.  And now  one city councilman says it’s time to put it to bed.  KPCW’s Renai Bodley has more.
