Truck Driver Charged in Fatal Distracted Driving Crash

The Summit County Attorney's office has brought charges against a semi-truck driver who was allegedly shopping online on his phone when he rear-ended a vehicle on US-40 last spring. The resulting crash paralyzed the driver of the sedan that was struck and killed the passenger. Rick Brough has more.
