Hosts Doug Wells and Sara Barnes welcome to the show, Kristopher Greenwood and Lauren Forsyth, attorneys at Kristopher Greenwood & Associates. The firm practices personal injury, criminal and DUI defense, divorce, divorce modifications, family law, business litigation and real estate law. Lauren opened the Park City office in the Gateway Center last year.

The second guests on the program are Fernando and Dana Ramirez, owners of Luna Lobos Dog Sledding and Rancho Luna Lobos. Luna Lobos Dog Sledding and the Rancho Lobos team offer dog sledding and tours in the summer.

And the final guest on the program is Iris Bohnet, anthor of What Works: Gender Equality by Design. Gender equality is a moral and a business imperative. But unconscious bias holds us back, and de-biasing people’s minds has proven to be difficult and expensive. Diversity training programs have had limited success, and individual effort alone often invites backlash. Behavioral design offers a new solution.
