Shawn Seager with Mountainlands Association of Governments talks about this week’s public hearing on the Heber bypass, as well as the Heber Transit study and Park City Library Director Adriane Herrick Juarez and Summit County Library Director Dan Compton talk about the decision to make the two library systems fine free.
