September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and we are joined in the studio by local resident Katheryn O’Connor who will share her story of surviving ovarian cancer as a way to create awareness surrounding it. Around 20,000 will be diagnosed this year with ovarian cancer, and over 12,000 will die from it.
