The Park City Seniors have partnered with the Summit County Health Department and the National Council on Aging to provide 4 vaccination clinics at the Park City Senior Center, located at 1361 Woodside Avenue, just North of the Library Field. Thursday, October 12, from 11:00-1:30 which is also the Senior Center's lunch day. Make your lunch reservation at 435-649-7261 by 9 am that day. To schedule your appointment, please visit http://parkcityseniors.org. All adults 60 and over, and any mobility challenged person, are eligible for the seasonal flu and latest COVID vaccines at no cost. Transportation can be arranged for the mobility challenged. Contact the Health Department if you need in-home vaccinations. Light snacks and lunch vouchers will be provided to the recipients of the vaccines.
Additional clinics will be held on Oct 21, and Nov 7. Walk-Ins are accepted, but scheduled appointments are encouraged.
