The Wasatch County Council is holding an interlocal meeting on Wednesday evening beginning at 6:30 P.M.to provide updates on many high-profile issues facing the county. The meeting is available to the public through a webinar link.
Jeremy Bown is the project manager with UDOT and will give an update on the Heber Parkway Environmental Study which will define if US 40 through-traffic should be routed off Heber’s Main street.
Don Taylor with Wasatch County Trails and Mountainland Association of Governments Planning Director Shawn Seager will provide an update on Wasatch County Trails and Seager will also give a Transit Study update.
Park City Mayor Andy Beerman will talk about the 1350-acre city owned open space, Bonanza Flat.
Wasatch County Council member Steve Farrell will hold a school district discussion related to the proposed school site near the North Fields and State Road 113. A current engineering study is underway on the property to determine viability for a future high school.
The last item on the agenda is a Wasatch County Public Health update with county Health Official Randall Probst.
