For the 7th year, Julie is named top KW Park City Keller Williams individual agent in Utah (2013 – 2019). She grew up in Aspen, Colorado competing in junior ski racing programs and enjoys participating in the Park City community where she now lives by working with great organizations like KPCW, Swaner Nature Preserve and Ballet West Advisory Board. She also sits on the task force for Park City’s day of giving, Live PC Give PC.

Julie Hopkins grew up in Aspen, Colorado competing in junior ski racing programs and has been connected to Park City since she left. She spent 25 years of her career as the head of marketing for companies like Mrs. Fields, The Sharper Image and Park City Mountain Resort creating strategic initiatives to drive sales.

Julie is consistently a top 10 realtor* in the Park City community and was named top individual agent in Utah for the past seven years (2013 - 2019) for KW Park City Keller Williams. Prior she was a top 10 individual agent at Prudential Utah Real Estate (now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) and served as the marketing and operations director for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. She knows how to bring qualified buyers and sellers together to make a sale happen.

Julie is invested in the Park City community and currently serves on the boards of KPCW, Swaner Nature Preserve and Ballet West Advisory Board. She also sits on the task force for Park City’s day of giving, Live PC Give PC. She has served on the boards for Operation Smile, Park City Chamber of Commerce, Park City Public Art Advisory and the Historic Main Street Business Alliance.

She’s been an adjunct professor of marketing in the MBA program at the University of Utah and Westminster College for eight years teaching students the practical applications of marketing. She consulted for Walmart, Big O Tires, PetSmart’s vet services, Winder Farms, Toyota Dealers Association and more.

Having lived in resort markets her entire life, she knows the mountain lifestyle and looks forward to working with others who also enjoy it. Her dynamic, positive personality coupled with her marketing knowledge and love of the area will help you in your real estate transaction.
