Robert Holmes

After leaving an experience filled career in the hospitality industry, Robert moved into the Investment Real Estate world. For the last 15 years, Robert has been working primarily in Commercial Real Estate. He has been involved in several development projects in Idaho and Utah, most notably Silver Creek Business Park and Park City Storage. He has overseen entitlement, construction, leasing, sales and property management of these projects and continues to be heavily involved in the day to day operations of the portfolio.
 
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. He is an active member of the Park City Rotary Club, serves on its board and is past president of the club. He’s a Class XX graduate of Leadership Park City and serves on the board of its Alumni Association. 
 
Robert moved to the area from Tennessee in 1998. He is married with 3 children, an 8-year old son and 6-year old twins (girl & boy). Robert spends his free time with family and friends. He enjoys skiing, golfing and cooking.
