Santa and his reindeer to visit Heber City

As in past years, Old Fashioned Christmas organizers expect a chilly night as the community gathers to meet Santa Claus, sing together and light the big tree in front of City Hall.

As in past years, Old Fashioned Christmas organizers expect a chilly night as the community gathers to meet Santa Claus, sing together and light the big tree in front of City Hall.

The Heber Valley is getting in the holiday spirit with its annual Old Fashioned Christmas celebration Friday, Dec. 6.

The free event at the Heber City Tabernacle on Main Street begins at 6 p.m. with cookie decorating, live music, face painting, horse-drawn wagon rides and a visit from Santa and his reindeer.

The drone show takes off at 7 p.m. followed by caroling and tree lighting at 8 p.m.
