The Summit County Council on April 17th voted to grant a Conditional Use Permit for the Silver Moose Bed and Breakfast--though the approval came with a long list of conditions. Meanwhile, the attorney for the business said he and his clients were pleased with the Council's decision. Rick Brough has more.
