Former Fire District Captain Sentenced For Embezzlement

A former Park City Fire District Captain, convicted of embezzlement for falsifying his time-off records, was sentenced to three years of probation in Third District Court Monday. Fifty-year-old Randolph Scott was also sentenced to community service, a fine and restitution. Rick Brough has more.
