Both Heber City Council and Wasatch County Planning Commission meet Tuesday evening. The bodies will discuss the eastern bypass, the fiscal year budget and power lines in the valley.
Heber City Council meets Tuesday evening starting at 4:30 pm at the Heber Tabernacle located at 75 North Main St.
The first item on the agenda is a public hearing regarding the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget. Council will also consider approving both the Beehive and VXC annexations.
The council will also consider adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between Red Ledges and the city regarding a timeline for a completion of their portion of the Eastern Bypass Road.
Wasatch County Planning Commission also meets on Tuesday at 6:00 pm. The commission meets at the County Administration building located at 25 North Main in Heber.
In its only agenda item, the commission will hear from Heber Light & Power and Rocky Mountain Power. The energy companies are requesting a conditional use permit to rebuild and extend a transmission line.
