The Miners had a bye in the first round and the Wasps beat Salem Hills Tuesday 11-5 to make it to the second round.
In the playoffs last season, Wasatch fell to Box Elder in the second round. Park City lost to Brighton in the finals.
The Wasatch Back teams face off at 4 p.m. Thursday at Park City High School.
