Citizens' Climate Lobby Film Screening and Panel (April 10)
The Wasatch Back chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) will host an evening of film screenings and a panel discussion at the Jim Santy Auditorium on April 10 at 6pm. The films – Going Greenland and Downstream: a Backcountry Ski Film about the Shrinking Great Salt Lake – both explore the connection between skiing and climate change, and will be followed by a panel of local community members. While the event is free and open to the public, donations are suggested and will help CCL fund scholarships to send local students to a national lobby day in D.C. this June.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the movies will start at 6pm. Drinks and small bites will be provided.
