Park City Library hosts Nochevieja a Latin American and Spanish New Year's Eve Party on Dec. 30 from 10am to 12:00 Noon. Celebrate the old and ring in the new a little early with the PC Library's New Year's Eve party -- minus the crowds, the traffic, and the late nights. Learn how the New Year is celebrated in cultures across Latin America and Spain by creating crafts, playing games, and celebrating the countdown with noise makers and confetti poppers.
