Utah Department of Health released new numbers Friday afternoon about COVID-19 in the state.
There are 3,782 confirmed COVID-19 cases statewide, up 170 from Thursday. Summit County has 351 cases, up eight from Thursday. Thirty-one patients have been hospitalized, the same amount of cases since Saturday. Wasatch County has 129 confirmed cases, up two since Thursday. Six have been hospitalized, the same amount of hospitalizations since Saturday.
Salt Lake County has the most confirmed cases in the state at 1,975. Utah County has the second most cases in the state with 669, Summit County has the third most. 315 people have been hospitalized statewide.
UDOH says 84,697 people have been tested in Utah. 39 residents have died as a result of COVID-19, four more than the day before.
