Wharton Runs For Summit County Council Against Ure

Kamas businessman Sean Wharton is throwing his hat in the ring once again to run for Summit County Council. A resident of the county for more than 30 years, he's challenging David Ure, the only East Side resident now on the Council. Rick Brough has more.
