Kim McClelland Named Volunteer of the Year

Park City Rotary announced Tuesday that its Volunteer Citizen for the year is Kim McClelland, the Director of Lodging for Deer Valley. McClelland was honored for his long-time activism fostering tourism and the economy. Rick Brough has more.
