A Recap of Election Day Across the Wasatch Back

Among Wasatch Back municipalities, the results were a mixed bag for incumbents. Two mayors were re-elected, but at least three others were ousted.

Meanwhile, a proposed $58 million bond from the South Summit School District went down in defeat, and a former county sheriff has been elected to office in Oakley.

Finally, in the special election for Utah's Third Congressional District, Wasatch County joined the rest of the district in electing Provo Mayor John Curtis to replace Jason Chaffetz. Rick Brough has more.
