The Wasatch County council meets in regular session on Wednesday and will discuss a possible late rezone application for the Indian Ridges Project.
The Benlock Ranch is asking Wasatch County Council for a modification to street cross section requirements. They want the council to authorize a sidewalk on just one side of the street where the existing requirement is to have sidewalks on both sides.
The public hearing will begin at 6 with the council considering a land exchange of the Cowboy Village property between Heber Light and Power and Wasatch County.
The council will hear requests for a number of code revisions and exceptions.
A representative for the Cove Point Resort is asking for a subdivision approval of a 118-acre resort park which would consist of RV sites, glamping sites, small cabins, storage units, restaurants, a conference center, and a pool. It is located at 7475 North Highway 32 in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone.
Also on the agenda is consideration for an amendment on detached accessory structures and how they are regulated.
