Today on The Mountain Life co-authors Jim Doilney and Rick Barrow who have written Riding The Scalpel and Jude Stewart writer of REVELATIONS IN AIR: A Guidebook to Smell join the show.

Local longtime Parkite, adventurer, and cancer survivor Jim Doilney who has written a memoir called Riding The Scalpel with co-author Rick Barrow. The book talks about Jim's adventures fighting prostate cancer and living a full life all over the globe. He will host a book signing and reception at The Corner Store on Wednesday, November 17 from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm.

Then, journalist and author Jude Stewart who has written a new book about a topic we most often avoid.... how we smell. In REVELATIONS IN AIR: A Guidebook to Smell, Stewart reveals how your body constantly emits information about your diet, emotions, age and health, even your suitability as a mate.

Pete Stoughton is the Brand Relations Manager at Trail and Ultra Running as well as the Director of Programs at CCPC. Basically, he is the behind the scenes guy at TAUR. When he's not getting his TAUR on, or running 2-3,000 miles a year. His own personal running ranges from 100 mile races to track workouts. Nevertheless, a scenic run with friends is were he finds inner peace.
