Dr. Masters co-founded Waether Underground in 1995 while working on his Ph.D. in air pollution meteorology at the University of Michigan . He worked for the NOAA Hurricane Hunters from 1986-1990 as a flight meteorologist. He speaks with Chris and guest cohost Carolyn Warwra specifically about why hurricanes are undergoing rapid intensification and the role that climate change plays in that phenomena.
