Lieutenant Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol discusses the new road rage enhancement law in Utah. The Utah State Legislature passed HB 30, “Road Rage Amendments,” during the 2024 session. The new law, which takes effect July 1st, explicitly defines road rage and increases penalties and fines for serious road rage criminal behavior.
